We are a unique integrated 0-19 service with a skill mix team of Health visitors, School nurses, Community Staff nurses, Community Nursery nurses, Early start workers, Family Nurse Partnership. We are co-located within the Children Centres.
Children and families are our focus, and we are seeking health visitors to join our dynamic diverse teams. We champion the role of community health professionals to make sure our families get the best care closer to home.

We have Band 6 Health Visiting posts across Ealing. You will be either qualified or currently in training for your Specialist Community Public Health Nurse qualification with a passion for public health nursing seeking to find new ways of working with families. Research and practice initiatives from frontline staff are encouraged and supported and we have an excellent CLCH Academy to support learning and career development, plus membership of IHV and SAPHNA for professional development.
