Carriera is working exclusively with a commercial building consultancy in Reading. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a wholly owned business that hosts a strong pipeline of private sector clients and provides their staff with excellent rewards.
The individual,
You will be an associate chartered building surveyor who has progressed their career into project management services. You will be used to working through a diverse project portfolio/ sector and used to delivering projects that are in excess of £5 million.
It is likely that you have your own client following, although this is not a pre-requisite. You will hold a senior role within your current business, used to managing teams of professional staff, delivering a seamless service and managing client relationships.
Our client is a well-established building consultancy, they provide building surveying and project management services throughout the UK for their clients who are institutional investors, corporate occupiers, developer, local authorities and blue light to name a few.
The role will see you become a equity partner in the business. You will be introduced to key relationships, taking on interesting and diverse projects. It is expected that you will support the Managing Director in the development of the practice and services, providing counsel, technical support and comradery.

Salary/ allowance to £100,000 D.O.E
