What will you be doing?
Manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable process for Circana UK, ensuring invoices are issued and collected on time, and Days Sales Outstanding targets are met. Administer all aspects of our AR relationships with our customers from initial credit checks through to day-to-day issue resolution. Support AR KPI reporting, financial governance and continuous process improvement.
Job Responsibilities
* Manage creditworthiness checks for new and existing customers
* Ensure invoices are issued ‘on time and correct’ to customers
* Monitor, minimize and remediate customer late payments, collaborating with finance and sales team colleagues to prevent and address issues
* Manage all aspects of Accounts Receivable administration, including cash application, bank reconciliations, approval and issuance of credits, customer statements, vendor set-up process for new customers
* Take the lead in reporting AR process KPIs, and other AR management reporting as required
* Own the execution of financial process controls in the Accounts Receivable workflow; take the lead in providing AR support to external & internal audits
* Initiate and support continuous improvement initiatives in the Accounts Receivable process
Requirements
* Demonstrable experience of Credit Controlling
* Experience of Oracle NetSuite strongly preferred. Experience of Microsoft Dynamics (CRM) desirable
* Highly organized with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities
* Thorough attention to detail and good analytical skills
* Good communication skills: verbal, written and numerical reporting
* Excellent customer service, balancing a desire to support with the ability to influence
* Patience and the ability to remain calm in pressured situations
