As part of the role, you will be assisting with the import/exporting team with general administration to help the business provide their products to a large number of customers. You will ideally have at least one years’ experience within an Administrator position under your belt, and you’ll need to possess excellent attention to detail and great numeracy skills. Your duties as Business Support Administrator will be: Raising purchase orders. Handling import requirements and dealing with overseas suppliers. Dealing with import licenses and customs declarations. Checking that all VAT & duties are correctly reported. General ad hoc administration to assist other teams where necessary. Skills required: Previous office administration experience. Excellent customer service skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Proficient IT skills, including MS Office and systems. Competent numeracy skills. A positive, can-do attitude. In return as the successful Business Support Administrator you can expect to receive a salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, working 8:30am – 5pm Monday to Thursday, and 8:30am – 4pm on Friday’s.
