About the Role:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join us in our Wednesbury site. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be expected to provide an excellent customer care experience in meetings with customers and colleagues. Execute on customer issues (such as complaints) The ability to be flexible is a must.
We are looking for someone who’s organisational skills are outstanding and who is proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel in particular. You must have a passion for delivering high levels of customer service support.
Your Mission at Elis
1. Managing a portfolio of customers for contract management.
2. Supporting on an internal service inbox and dealing with Customer and Internal enquiries.
3. Dealing with customer complaints and completing KPI information for Key Account Managers.
4. Running and manipulating customer reports within Excel and Power BI.
