Manage a team of Service Engineers and Installers.
Responsible for delivery of CP12 landlord certification in line with clients' programme of works.
Undertake Safety and Quality Assurance audits.
Manage the end-to-end installation process including:
1. Pre-survey,
2. Management of installation,
3. Carrying out post-complete sign-off audits.
Ensure compliance with all aspects of Health & Safety Policy and Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998.
On-board and induct new Engineers & Installers as required.
Deliver excellent service by building positive working relationships with both clients and internal support teams.
Attend client meetings as required.
Engage in company training as required.
Requirements:
1. Clean UK driving license.
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience working in the gas industry.
3. Experience in Heating Installation and upgrade work.
4. Current ACS qualifications.
5. Previous managerial/supervisory experience.
