About this role: We plan to strengthen our team with the new role of General Manager to manage the effectiveness and efficiency of all our activities and continue developing and growing the business. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the General Manager will work within a team-based environment with full responsibility for all day-to-day aspects of sales, design, manufacturing, and logistics and will manage the associated activities such as human resources and finance, health and safety, purchasing, quality, and plant maintenance. This wide-ranging role will encompass leading, managing and developing the team and being practical and hands-on. We are fundamentally looking for someone with infectious enthusiasm, drive, diligence, and initiative - and a good communicator. We see this role developing over time so there will be the opportunity to learn and advance further. We are looking for you to have the talent and capacity to grow as you take more responsibility and as the company also moves forward. Direct experience in the plastics or print industry is not our priority. It’s about having the right attitude and ability - and the willingness to apply and share it every day.
