Are you looking for an office-based position working Monday to Friday, in a friendly and close-knit team?
In this role, you will be performing general administrative duties such as responding to phone calls and emails, along with maintaining and updating fleet records whilst liaising with various internal departments. This is a busy, structured role with plenty of variety in the day-to-day work.
Founded in the early 90's, this contract hire and fleet management company works closely with local authorities across the country and pride themselves on their extremely stable growth and commitment to sustainability.
The Role:
1. Performing administrative duties within a close-knit office environment
2. Managing fleet queries, responding to customers via phone and emails
3. Maintaining and updating records, liaising with various internal departments
4. Ensuring H&S compliance for employees
5. Office based, Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm or 8am - 5pm
