Your role will be to support their conveyancing solicitor therefore current or previous conveyancing experience will be essential for this opportunity. The Opportunity You will be primarily working for the property department and providing legal admin/secretarial support that includes: Managing documentation including opening / updating / closing files. Researching and summarising legal information. Diary management and booking meetings. Managing email, client interaction, documents and correspondence. Billing. Continuous training & support provided. Essential criteria for the role: Conveyancing experience A great work ethic. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills. Reliable and a willingness to learn. A real sense of interest to work within the legal sector. Experience within the legal sector, private or public. Currently working in a busy legal role or professional services environment. The ability to manage, organise and prioritise the workload.
