We are currently recruiting for a Sales Negotiator to join our team in our Baildon office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing close contact with those wishing to buy a property and vendors who want to sell their property, and provide an excellent customer service experience for both potential purchasers and existing clients.
As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for:
1. Registering new sellers and purchaser details and assessing their needs.
2. Assisting in marketing and advertising any properties.
3. Dealing with phone and email queries.
4. Liaising with all interested parties.
5. Negotiating and agreeing offers to sale agreed.
6. Progressing sales through to exchange of contracts and completion.
7. Keeping administration records updated.

The individual will need to be hard-working, results-driven, and confident whilst maintaining exceptional customer service. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who has a real interest and proven track record in estate agency and a strong customer service background.
Minimum Requirements:
* At least 1 year of experience within the industry is essential.
* Must hold a full driving licence.
* Work authorisation in the United Kingdom (required).
