Requirements Relevant professional qualification e.g., HNC/HND/SVQ or NVQ or appropriate proven working experience of a minimum of 3 years. Food Safety qualification Extensive management experience specific to the catering industry within the public or private sector. Relevant Health and Safety and Food Safety knowledge. Knowledge and understanding of Schools (Health Promotion & Nutrition) (Scotland) Act and related responsibilities.
