Digital Workplace, Infrastructure & Operations Manager (APAC)

Role Overview:
The Digital Workplace – Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) Manager will lead the Operations team within the APAC region and will define a range of solutions and service to enable internal customers to be as productive as possible whilst providing an intuitive, efficient and consistent user experience.
Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on…
* Promoting modern workplace solutions to enable the workforce to perform their roles more effectively, from anywhere and at any time
* Assisting in the definition and implementation of IT policies, procedures and best practices
* Managing all Digital Workplace I&O within the region, including integration processes (such as Incident and Problem Management, service requests, change enablement), in partnership with service providers and delivery teams
* Playing a role in the transformation of Digital Workplace I&O into a lean, automated and industrialised service delivery model, driven by data and customer insights
* Development of a regional Digital Workplace I&O team that has the right capabilities, meets demands and achieves service levels
* Implementing and supporting technical solutions focused on enhancing workforce productivity
Your previous experience is likely to include….
* Managing teams of people delivering similar services to end-users/internal customers
* Working knowledge and understanding of finance process and budget ownership
* Managing end-point operational analytics and end-user experience monitoring solutions
* Managing vendors delivering both strategic and tactical services
* Physical collaboration planning and technology including meeting room equipment etc.
* Managing a portfolio of competing priorities
