Requirements:
- I am looking for candidates who have previous experience within a legal partnership or professional services environment. You should have experience supporting and using Windows 10, Office 365, and Exchange. Familiarity with help desk software, such as ServiceNow, is essential. You will also need to have experience supporting mobile devices using an MDM solution and be knowledgeable about FileSite client-side troubleshooting, as well as data import/export. Additionally, experience with legal applications such as Worksite, Big-Hand, time recording, Intapp Time, and Expert is important, along with SCCM experience, application deployment, and troubleshooting for virtual desktops and VPN technologies. Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Active Directory and Intune is required. You must possess skills in troubleshooting PCs, laptops, printers, and networks, and have experience with AVMI/Video Conferencing. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with a customer-focused attitude, are essential. We value team-oriented individuals who can manage their tasks effectively. You should have strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize a constantly changing workload. Being flexible to travel to other offices when required, and having a shift pattern availability of Monday to Friday 8 am to 4 pm and 11 am to 7 pm would be advantageous.
Responsibilities:
- As part of my team, you will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical problems across hardware, software, and network components to ensure smooth operations. You will support routine updates, patches, and system checks to maintain optimal performance and security of our IT infrastructure. Your role will involve installing, setting up, and configuring software applications, operating systems, and hardware devices to meet business needs. You will provide assistance with hardware-related issues, including setting up new devices, diagnosing faults, and coordinating repairs or replacements. Offering technical assistance to end-users and clients will be part of your duties, guiding them through technical challenges while effectively communicating complex concepts to non-technical individuals. You will implement and monitor security protocols, such as firewalls, antivirus software, and access controls, to safeguard sensitive data and prevent cybersecurity threats. Maintaining accurate records of technical issues, solutions, and procedures will contribute to a comprehensive knowledge base for efficient problem-solving in the future. You will work closely with other IT teams, including the global IT Service Engineer community, to coordinate efforts, share expertise, and ensure seamless IT operations within the organization. Your responsibilities will also include managing ServiceNow incidents and requests, providing a mixture of desk side support, remote support, and static support on the TechBar, assisting as a project resource as needed, and identifying any patterns or trends in calls to escalate to the IT Service Lead or Service Management team. You will utilize suppliers and vendors as a source for escalated problem resolution and support firm events that require AV setup and troubleshooting when needed.
