Job Title: Administrator Location: On-site Hours: 27.5 hours per week (considering 20 to 28 hours per week) Working Pattern: Must include Mondays; other days flexible based on service needs We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the team, ensuring efficient workflow and accurate record-keeping. Maintain and handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion. Assist in patient care processes by coordinating documentation, appointment scheduling, and communication. Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and external partners in a professional and courteous manner. Adapt to new systems and processes as part of a dynamic and evolving work environment. Essential Criteria: Proficient computer literacy, including the use of Microsoft Office and other relevant software. An understanding of patient care and the importance of confidentiality in a healthcare setting. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. A high standard of literacy skills with attention to detail. A willingness to learn and embrace new ways of working. Desirable Criteria: Experience within the NHS or a general practice setting.
