Main Duties and Responsibilities: Driving business-wide changes Provide visible and effective leadership, lead the business change management activity and work with the Head of Operational Transformation and the allocated project manager(s) to deliver the business case benefits and outcomes. Develop best practice standards Support the Head of Operational Transformation and project managers in delivering high quality business case content Manage operational readiness and stakeholder engagement Lead the creation and management of the operational readiness criteria across the project. Lead in the ‘approve/refuse’ go-live decision with the Project Manager, business and end users. Ensure benefits realisation Lead benefits realisation across the project and understands the impact of all Business Change activities on Benefits Management. Qualifications and Experience Extensive experience applying business change methodology in project/programme settings. Proven track record of delivering change in customer-facing and telephony services. Strong stakeholder engagement, risk management, and benefits realisation experience. Expertise across all project life cycle stages: planning, scheduling, resource management, governance, and business cases. Proficient in using various change management frameworks based on project needs. Knowledge of solutions development, budgeting, and cost management.
