This is a really exciting opportunity for a new opening in Dover Street Market, we are looking for someone to manage a brand new space, offering unparalleled customer service and building relationships with clients in store. Key Objectives: Development of brand client book and subsequent sales increase Creation of and subsequent retention of new clients both in store and internationally Setting the standard of the very best customer service levels at all times and brand presentation. The achievement of key financial targets. Key Responsibilities: Ensuring the very best levels of customer service at all times. Act as a brand ambassador, having expertise in the brand, the space and product. Selling, directing and driving sales. Offering a personalised shopping and styling experience to clients. Hosting brand specific events. Delivering the monthly and seasonal sales targets working closely with the team to do so. Ensuring that customers are added to the DSM Database Keeping up to date with new products, trends and advising customers accordingly on stock availability at DSM Maintaining a customer book of key customers and VIP’s specialising Responsible for delivering in depth brand training to the wider team in DSM. Providing feedback to Buying and Merchandising team on customer preferences and needs after collecting relevant information from Brand Specialists and Sales Associates. Involved with staff training and ongoing presentations to store with product updates. An eye for visual merchandising to continually tweak the space and work closely with the head of visual merchandising. Lead, develop and drive the team in order to meet the brand target and personal targets and managing the teams performance with KPI’s. Skills / Knowledge: At least 3 years in high-end/ luxury retail, experience in women's ready to wear is advantageous. Specific understanding of the DSM brands, aesthetic, consumer. Ability to clientele at a high level and set the example for other members of the DSM sales team Specific understanding of all collections and stock availability at DSM, experience with a similar brand is preferential.
