Due to expansion, we are currently seeking a Sales Negotiator to join our fast-growing, award-winning company and group.
We are looking for an exceptional person who has the skills, attributes, and drive to improve our customer’s experience and overall brand quality/exposure.
You must be enthusiastic, motivated and have an eye for detail/design. You will need to be self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and every other Saturday 9.00am to 1.00pm.

Main responsibilities of a Sales Negotiator
1. Dealing with emails and phone calls.
2. Booking of viewings and valuations.
3. Prospecting for new business and generating new leads.
4. Conducting viewings.
5. Nurturing a database of potential buyers and sellers.
6. Contributing towards growing the company.
7. Providing an excellent customer experience.
8. Plan, produce and edit high-quality visual property content including photos, videos, drone photography and videography for use across our website, property portals, social media channels and for marketing campaigns.
9. Create accurate detailed property floorplans and measurements.
10. Assist with managing and maintaining social media presence, including creating and managing engaging content.
11. Create visual content for advertising and marketing purposes.
12. Stay up to date with industry best practices.
13. Contribute ideas towards marketing plans and strategies for growth.
Skills and experience required to be a successful Sales Negotiator
1. Able to generate new business in a target driven environment.
2. Outstanding customer care / customer service.
3. Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
6. A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
7. Be ambitious, hardworking and have a friendly manner.
8. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
9. Be self-motivated, flexible and have a can-do attitude.
Salary: £20,000 to £28,500 with potential for unlimited progression and growth.
