Role Overview:
As Room Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of passionate practitioners, overseeing the day-to-day operations in your room, and ensuring the highest standards of care and education are provided. You will implement the EYFS framework, create a safe and stimulating environment, and work closely with parents to support each child's development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a team, ensuring a high standard of care and learning.
2. Plan, implement, and evaluate activities in line with the EYFS framework.
3. Maintain positive relationships with parents and carers, providing regular updates on children's progress.
4. Ensure safeguarding and health & safety standards are met.
5. Support the continuous improvement of the nursery, driving team development and best practice.
About You:
1. You have significant experience in early years education, with a passion for leading and developing teams.
2. You hold a Level 3 qualification or higher in Early Years Education.
3. You are committed to making a positive difference in children's lives.
