Position: Deputy Manager
Location: Haslemere, Surrey
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week

My client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager to join a medium-sized care home in Haslemere. As part of a respected nationwide provider, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of care for their residents.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the Home Manager in the daily operations of the care home
2. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
3. Lead and motivate the care team to deliver exceptional care
4. Oversee care planning and assessments, with a focus on residents living with dementia
5. Foster a positive and safe environment for both residents and staff
Ideal Candidate:
1. Proven experience as a Deputy Manager in a similar care setting
2. Strong understanding of dementia care
3. Preferred qualifications: QCF Level 4 or above
4. Excellent leadership and communication skills
5. Passionate about providing high-quality care
