Job Overview
1. We are looking for someone to perform a Business Support Coordinator role for us at a state-of-the-art police training facility.
2. You will report to & assist the Technical Facilities Manager directly with the day to day running of a specialised FM contract.
3. You will preferably have a good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and understand CAFM systems.
4. A working knowledge of NEC 3 contracts would be beneficial.
5. The position is full time.
6. All applicants will require Police Security Vetting and any position offered will be subject to applicants fulfilling this requirement.
Main Duties
7. Update CAFM System weekly to achieve contractual SLA's.
8. Collate & produce monthly reports for the Technical Facilities Manager within contract SLA's.
9. Arranging subcontractor attendance to site for Planned Maintenance, project tasks & ensuring all QHSE paperwork is in line with Mitie Procedures.
10. Tracking project work & costs for the Technical Facilities Manager.
11. Escorting service partners around facility.
12. Keeping all statutory documentation up to date & tracking any changes that are made (QHSE, CoSHH & RAMS)
13. Ordering of parts & materials to ensure that work is uninterrupted whilst ensuring cost savings in line with the contract.
14. Cover for the Technical Facilities Manager during leave as liaison between client & Mitie.
What we are looking for
15. Have a good basic education, with good written and spoken English and basic mathematical skills.
16. Be able & confident to make decisions on your own & problem solve issues.
17. Ability to communicate and delegate at all levels.
18. Be a team player with a flexible and adaptable approach.
19. Have a sound comprehension of any company and legislative Health and Safety, Environmental impacts and Risk Assessment Procedures.
20. Ability to prioritise own workload according to contract needs.
21. Have good literacy, maths & computer skills.
22. Previous administration knowledge is beneficial.
23. Must submit to NPPV 3 Police Vetting within 3 months of starting date.

24. Must be able to work under strict timeframes & understand any relevant service level agreements.
25. To be committed to the delivery of excellent customer service.
26. Must be flexible regarding working hours and fall into the required shift pattern as deemed suitable to meet contract requirements. Overtime as required to cover leave / absence paid at standard rate.
