Job summary The post holder will work as a senior member of the Critical Care team providing support and specialist advice for level 2 and 3 patients in conjunction with effective leadership of the critical care team. This will be achieved by ensuring the provision of high quality, safe and effective care. In addition the post holder will provide direct clinical nursing care to both level 2 and level 3 patients. Main duties of the job In conjunction with the ward matron, the post holder will have continuing responsibility for the safe management of the staff in critical care.
