About the role: At this service you will be supporting 11 people who live in their own flats and have varying support needs. There are a wide range of daily duties, from meal prep and cleaning to supporting with personal care. You will also be helping to take part in people's interests and activities that support their health and wellbeing. This can range from arts and crafts, nights out at the theatre, shopping trips, holidays and social occasions or whatever their needs may be. As a Support Worker, you'll deliver excellent care, celebrate achievements, encourage fun and creativity and engage directly with the wider community. This is more than just a job - you will be helping the people we support gain independence and live healthy, happy and fulfilling lives.Hours: Shift patterns can vary widely - from long days (10-13 hours) to shorter shifts. 7:00am- 21:00pm Waking night shifts 21:00pm-7:00am Sleep in shifts 21:00pm -7:00am Sleep in rate £32 Staff are expected to work at least every other weekend. Location: This service is situated in St Helens.
