Position Summary
The Specialist, Human Resources will focus on trainee, associate, lateral and business services recruitment, including the management of the onboarding experience for all new joiners. This role will also coordinate the entire trainee associate programme, along with the required development aspects for the London office.

Trainee Associate Recruitment
Coordinate the trainee associate recruitment programme Including:
* In collaboration with the UK Recruitment Partner, manage the recruitment and hiring of vacation scheme students and trainee solicitors.
* Manage marketing and recruiting efforts (e.g., job fairs, recruitment talks, information sessions, website, print materials, directories, brochures, etc.).
* Attend all law fairs and events.
* Manage all aspects of vacation scheme(s) and summer rotation programmes.
* Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with target universities.
* Keep up to date on market trends on salary & benefits.
