Our client, a leading institution committed to excellence in education, is seeking a Lecturer in Computing to join their dynamic and forward-thinking team. This permanent position is available on a full-time or part-time basis, with the flexibility to wait until September for the right candidate.
Duties and responsibilities
1. Deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment to all learners in your class group
2. Take ownership of learner progress and achievement
3. Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, conduct, and educational delivery
4. Ensure compliance with all College policies, including safeguarding, the staff code of conduct, and financial regulations
Skills and experience
1. Proficient in C# and JavaScript programming
2. Strong understanding of software development design approaches
3. Knowledge of testing frameworks
Desired Experience:
1. Exposure to XR technologies
2. Familiarity with real-time embedded systems and AI
3. Use of information systems for business purposes
4. Experience with risk-based testing
5. Teaching experience is desirable but not essential – training and support will be provided for the right candidate
