Talent & Employee Engagement Lead (FTC/Hybrid)

Job Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Global Talent & Employee Engagement team at Britvic. You will play a vital role in managing the core talent and employee engagement processes and analysis to enable the success of the Healthier People, Healthier Planet ambition. This is a hands-on role, working with our external partners, our Britvic HR practice areas, and the Business to activate our talent and engagement processes. In this role, you may enjoy more autonomy and better work-life balance due to our hybrid working arrangements. Our office is located in Breakspear Park, Breakspear Way, Hemel Hempstead HP2 4TZ.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the Talent Review cycle for the Executive team and PLC Board, working with other practice areas such as HR Partners, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion, Recruitment, and Reward.
2. Manage the core employee listening surveys process, configuration, and reporting tools to drive self-service, active participation, and action.
3. Implement recruitment metrics and data to run the monthly RPO invoicing process with our external RPO vendor.
4. Review our end-to-end talent management processes and tools to continually improve and deliver business outcomes.
5. Serve as a subject matter expert on specific processes and reports, providing guidance and support to HR partners and HR Services.
About You
1. 2-3 years of experience in a similar Talent & Employee Listening role, gained in a corporate environment.
2. Understanding of talent & succession processes.
3. Experience of data analytics and ability to work with data to draw conclusions and insights.
4. Ability to collaborate across different teams and geographies, delivering with and through others.
5. Clear written communication with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
6. Project management and organization skills, delivering to time, cost, and quality.
7. Passion for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and building inclusive environments.
8. In-depth knowledge of HCM systems, ideally SuccessFactors.
