What You'll Do: ? Process Returned Products: You'll be the first point of contact for returned products, handling, receiving, and logging them into our system. This involves accurately recording product details and ensuring compliance with site and divisional procedures. (This is not a customer service role; you won't be handling customer calls)? Maintain Accurate Records: You'll utilise our computer systems to log received products, contributing to our data accuracy and ensuring smooth operations.? Improve Processes: You'll proactively support the implementation of new and improved processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the receiving department.? Collaborate with Colleagues: You'll communicate professionally with colleagues worldwide and contribute to team goals.? Stay Informed: You'll keep up-to-date on new product developments and support activities required for complaint readiness prior to product launch.? Identify Trends: You'll highlight any trends in product returns that you observe to management for further investigation. Important Information: ? Pay rate: £13.62? Excellent Communication: Clear and effective communication skills.? Attention to Detail: Ability to follow procedures and accurately document findings.? Qualifications: Secondary education, or equivalent qualification, completed in Maths and English. Additional Requirements: ? Experience (Beneficial): Experience of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and/or laboratory best practice, problem solving, and root cause analysis is a plus but not essential.? 5 Years of Referencing: A 5-year referencing history (employment or alternative activity) will be required for successful applicants.?
