RSM’s Outsourcing team provide finance function and management accounting services. Our Newcastle and Reading team work with a range of multinational clients, including technology and pharmaceutical sector, and currently have a vacancy for a high-qualityaccounts assistant/purchase ledger clerk to fill an Outsourcing Assistant role.
In this role you will support the Outsourcing Senior in delivering a premium client service processing. Typical tasks in role include entering purchase ledger invoices and employee expenses, managing and reconciling vendor accounts, executing purchase payments and performing bank reconciliations.
You'll make an impact by:
* Processing of accounting records including cash book, purchase ledger, sales ledger and nominal ledger.
* Preparation of bank reconciliations.
* Being organised and methodical in approach to ensure all tasks are completed according to deadlines set (managing self, goal/results focus).
* Producing accurate accounting records and other work set (attention to detail/quality, managing self).
