The ideal candidate will be an experienced Service Advisor within the motor trade, with a confident and outgoing personality. High standards of customer service are a must, and the ideal candidate will enjoy being in a customer-facing role. Great communication skills and experience both face-to-face and over the telephone are essential.
Much of the role will involve meeting and greeting customers and identifying their service requirements. The ability to spot opportunities for up-sell is essential, as is attention to detail to ensure there is a concise stream of communication through to the workshop.
You will need to be extremely organized and computer literate, with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. If you have some technical knowledge, it would be a distinct advantage.
