The role will be working on social housing contracts, in largely occupied properties carrying out planned refurbishment works.
Kitchens:
* Tiling splash backs
* Basic plumbing
* Fitting kitchen units
* Vinyl / Latex flooring
Bathrooms:
* Tiling
* Fitting 3 piece suites
* Basic plumbing
* Lay vinyl flooring
Hours: 8am-4:30pm
Parking: Free parking will be available
Suitable applicants must have the below:
* Full compliment of tools
* Own transport
* Professional manner in dealing with customers
