Are you an experienced HR professional with extensive TUPE experience looking for your next challenge? My client, a dynamic and fast-paced organisation, is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to provide expert HR support across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
* TUPE transfers, mergers, and acquisitions – lead and manage the process, ensuring compliance and smooth transitions
* Act as the first point of contact for all HR-related matters
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
* Handle employee relations, including absence, grievances, and disciplinary cases
* Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment law
* Provide HR advice, coaching, and support to managers
* Maintain and improve HR systems and processes
* Lead projects and drive continuous improvement in engagement and welfare
What We’re Looking For:
* Extensive experience managing TUPE transfers (essential)
* CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience
* Strong HR generalist background within a fast-paced environment
* Proven experience in employee relations, restructuring, and change management
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and strategically
