Contribute to school-wide initiatives and participate in reflective practices to enhance overall provision. About You Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK. Demonstrate a commitment to inspiring pupils of all abilities and backgrounds. Possess creativity, resilience, and the ability to personalise learning experiences. Show strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team. Be reflective and eager to contribute to ongoing school improvement initiatives.
