This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional looking to make an impact in a collaborative and supportive environment.Role Overview:As a Private Client Paralegal, you will provide essential support to the team, playing a key role in progressing client files and ensuring smooth administrative operations. You will work closely with fee earners, handling a variety of responsibilities, including drafting Wills, managing client communications, and maintaining case files to the highest standard.Key Responsibilities:Manage and progress client files under team guidance, including drafting Wills.Respond to telephone inquiries and welcome walk-in clients with professionalism.Undertake audio-typing duties for fee earners.Maintain and update allocated cases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team.Essential Skills and Experience:Proven experience in a secretarial, assistant, or paralegal role within private client law.Strong expertise in progressing client files and managing casework.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.A high level of professionalism and discretion.What’s on Offer:Competitive salary: £35,000 - £45,000Hybrid working arrangement following probation.Work hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:15 pm.25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays.A vibrant office in St Albans, Hertfordshire.Join a firm that values its people and provides a supportive environment for professional growth.
