Regional Programme Manager – Mindflow

Job description
Purpose
The Regional Programme Manager (RPM) will oversee the pilot phase of the Match-Ups programme in the North-West region, with plans to expand it nationally. The RPM will ensure the successful adoption and implementation of the Mindflow Match-Ups programme and other Mindflow initiatives. This role involves building strong partnerships between construction companies, local football clubs, and local authorities, as well as establishing links with mental health support services to create a regional support network.
Principal Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact for the charity in the North-West, coordinating Mindflow-related activities at construction sites and working with local authorities and football clubs.
* Collaborate with the Mindflow Football Ambassadors to deliver mental health awareness sessions at multiple construction sites.
* Prepare briefing materials for Football Ambassadors to ensure seamless site visits.
* Develop engaging content to support and promote mental health awareness among the workforce.
* Organize mental health presentation training for Football Ambassadors in partnership with the Mindflow mentor/mental health coach.
* Build relationships with local mental health support organizations and charities to establish a referral network across the region.
* Reach out to construction companies to integrate the Match-Ups program into their corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
* Establish measurable milestones for the program and report on social return on investment (SROI).
* Regularly update and refresh session content to maintain relevance and engagement.
* Lead the end-to-end project management, from concept to delivery, including planning travel, logistics, and coordinating with construction companies.
* Work closely with Football Ambassadors to maximize their impact and gather data for reporting purposes.
Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications
* At least 2 years of experience in program coordination or management, ideally in the non-profit sector or related fields.
* Proven experience in community-based or regional programs, particularly with a focus on mental health, social work, or community development.
* Experience working with diverse populations and building community partnerships.
* Ability to develop project plans and risk registers, allocating appropriate resources to meet project deliverables.
* Experience implementing data collection, monitoring, and evaluation frameworks to improve services and measure impact.
* Experience collaborating with the CEO to build strong relationships with external agencies and establish referral pathways for client support.
* Knowledge and application of safeguarding protocols in line with policy procedures.
* A mental health awareness qualification.
* Project management certification would be beneficial.

4. Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
5. CRM Systems: Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
6. Adaptability and Problem Solving: Ability to adjust strategies based on feedback and evolving community needs, and solve problems creatively.
7. Community Engagement: Experience in community engagement, with an understanding of local dynamics and the ability to integrate community needs into program design.
8. Cultural Sensitivity: Awareness and respect for diverse communities, with the ability to navigate multicultural environments effectively.
This role requires the applicant to have a clean valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively across the North-West region.
