Job Responsibilities:
* Handles moderately complex operations processes related to credit disputes, escalations, and tax reporting.
* Performs moderately complex activities supporting credit disputes, escalations, and tax reporting while following established written procedures and guidelines.
* Researches and resolves moderately complex financial data requests or exceptions based on analysis of assembled data.
* Performs routine analytics, report creation, and exception processing.
* Identifies risk and opportunities for process improvement and escalates risk concerns as appropriate.
* Provides quality service and support for internal business partners and external clients.
* Reviews and approves financial statements for Employee Benefit clients.
* Resolves issues regarding monthly statements.
* Partners with Client Service Managers and home office employees regarding statement inquiries and/or requests.
* Provides support to management team on any initiatives impacting the team.
Required Qualifications:
* Demonstrates strong communication skills to complete requests timely and accurately.
* Able to problem solve and determine the most efficient way to complete processes.
* Understands how to prioritize workload based on criticality and internal client need.
* Demonstrates ownership to see an issue to resolution.
* Strong knowledge of MS software, especially Excel, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple responsibilities and meet month-end deadlines.
* Understanding of financial statements.
Desired Qualifications:
* Experience and knowledge of correspondence creation processes.
* Knowledge of systems of record used in the processes, such as PACE and Content Navigator.
* Highly organized with the ability to produce error-free work and effective problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work autonomously once role responsibilities are defined.
* Experience working with multiple business partners and comfortable navigating across organizations.
