HVAC Business Development Manager
A leading Facilities maintenance contractor specializing in providing full HVAC maintenance support is looking for an AC & HVAC Business Development Manager to work within a small, dynamic team with a work hard play hard mentality. Based in Woking and covering a patch of London and the home counties inside the M25, you will be responsible for the growth and development of your own leads and turning old unbilling accounts active again. Operating on a non-micro managed structure, you can be as remote as you like and only come into the office when you need. You will be in control of your own time, fully.
The successful HVAC Business Development Manager will be responsible for:
* Selling commercial AC solutions and maintenance contracts.
* Being familiar with water cooled AC products, wall mounted AC, ceiling AC units, and ducted air conditioning units.
* Organizing and attending strategic meetings with senior buyers, contract and project managers.
* Selling into retail, office spaces, hospitals, restaurants, and data server rooms.
* Benefiting from a package of up to 50k basic + car allowance + commission scheme of 2% of each sale.
To be successful as the HVAC Business Development Manager, you will need:
* To live within a reasonable distance of Woking.
* A proven record of sales within the HVAC sector and familiarity with all AC systems.
* Experience managing existing accounts and winning new clients while working with a CRM system.
* A full driving license.
