Job Description Service Administrator / Administrator required to join a global engineering manufacturer based near Bristol. The successful Service Administrator / Administrator will be supporting the service team by liaising with customers, about products and deliveries, processing orders and maintaining records using a powerful CRM system. Full product training provided. The Service Administrator / Administrator will ideally have an administrative background with proficiency in CRM systems, SAP, strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent communication and customer relationship-building abilities and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
