Our client, based in Bedfordshire, is currently recruiting for a Voids Coordinator on a 3-month temporary contract The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis with the hourly rate is negotiable based on experience for this position. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience of construction, voids and maintenance, and ideally have experience of doing so in a housing association. Duties will include (but are not limited to): Providing effective administrative support and coordination for void properties to ensure that all customers' needs are met Recording and maintaining accurate records of work within void properties Managing the voids process ensuring void turnaround times are kept to a minimum Ensuring void works are ordered accurately and within priority times Acting as the main point of contact for contractors, colleagues and residents regarding forthcoming and existing properties Liaising with customers to book in End of Tenancy inspections Liaising with contractors to ensure consistent and efficient void process Expertise required: Proven administrative support within a maintenance and repairs setting Ideally have experience working within a housing association or similar environment Excellent planning and organisational skills Working hours : 37 hours per week Monday - Friday 9am-5pm (flexible) Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
