About the role: As part of the Business Applications Team within ICT, you'll support systems that form the end-to-end solutions accessed by frontline services and customers, across mhs homes, as well as line-of-business systems required by specific departments. You'll provide 2nd line support for business applications and Microsoft 365 solutions, working with the wider ICT Team to deliver a comprehensive and unified service to the business. You'll collaborate with software providers to resolve incidents and deliver enhancements to solutions. About You: You'll be experienced in supporting, maintaining and implementing integrated applications with excellent working understanding of CRMs, data systems, interfaces and digital technologies.
