Your Role Progress Housing Group are looking for a Gas Team Leader to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in our mission to create high-quality homes, support independence, and foster opportunities for individuals and communities. As a Gas Team Leader, you will oversee the daily operations of the Gas (Heating) Team, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining safe working practices, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include managing budgets, achieving delivery targets, fostering strong customer relationships, and driving continuous improvement. What We Are Looking For We are seeking a qualified professional with a Level 4 Gas Safety Management qualification (or equivalent) and membership in nationally accredited gas certification schemes. A full UK driving licence is essential. The ideal candidate will have experience managing gas or heating services, particularly in social housing, alongside a strong background in contract management. Leadership skills and a proactive approach to performance improvement. A commitment to customer-focused, high-quality service are essential for success in this role. Why Progress Housing Group?
