As we expand our customer base and develop our range of services, we need a responsive and agile support team to manage diverse customer requirements and ensure excellence in every interaction. Your Role: As a key member of our team, you will oversee a growing portfolio of Vehicle Solutions customer accounts, ensuring they are managed effectively and in line with agreed SLAs. Your responsibilities will include: Process Management Accurately inputting vehicle documents within agreed time scales. Efficiently filing vehicle documents. Processing daily post and ensuring timely delivery to customers. Booking units at multiple Vehicle Solutions locations. Using various external customer databases and systems. Coordinating with multiple Vehicle Solutions sites and auction sites for smooth unit transitions. Customer Service Handling general customer enquiries efficiently via face-to-face, telephone, and email interactions. Being the primary point of contact for our customers, developing and maintaining excellent relationships with our vendors. Ensuring high standards in administration processes for a portfolio of customers, meeting SLAs. Enhancing the customer experience through effective communication with key customers, both internal and external. What We’re Looking For: Experience working within rigid regulations and procedures. Proven customer-facing role experience with the ability to resolve queries and complaints satisfactorily. Excellent customer service skills. Strong administration skills with a keen eye for detail and accurate data entry. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Initiative and flexibility to react quickly and effectively to change. Ability to work as part of a team to ensure successful delivery of sales.
