Business Services Officer - Lincoln, Norwich and Stevenage

The Vacancy
We are recruiting for 3 roles for our Administrator - Business Services Officer in our team(s), 1 role per location in Lincoln, Norwich and Stevenage.
We trust and empower colleagues to work in a hybrid way, providing the resources, equipment, and support, so that individually and collectively, we can be the voice of children and young people when the family court makes critical decisions about their futures.
Role Overview
This role is primarily office-based, with occasional opportunities to work from home. The time a Business Services Officer (BSO) may be required to work from the office can vary depending on the volume of appointments and operational requirements. Consequently, BSOs could end up working from the office five days a week if needed. However, if there is a day when they are not needed in the office, they can choose to work from home.

Responsibilities
* Monitoring case progression
* Receiving referrals from the Court or Cafcass Intake Team
* Creating, updating, and closing cases within our case management system
* Sending letters and information packs to service users
* Identifying any missing information and following up as required
* Receiving and dealing with telephone enquiries
* Meeting and greeting visitors, including service users
* Providing general admin support
What We’re Looking For
* A relevant qualification in business administration (e.g. NVQ2), a willingness to work towards a qualification, and/or significant experience in a similar role
* Confident and capable of using MS Office applications to a basic/intermediate level
* Clear, confident communicator via email, phone, and in person
* Someone who thrives working in a team
* Able to prioritise work in a fast-moving environment with strict deadlines
