What you will do in your working day
You will provide administrative and organisational support to colleagues in the Expert Services teams, as well as to UK customers.
You will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a friendly and professional service is always provided.

Primary responsibilities:
* Co‐ordinate Preventative Maintenance activities.
* Extensive liaison with customers and subcontractors via phone and e‐mail systems.
* Coordination of Engineers holiday requests and entry in TEAMS diary.
* Liaise with customer to agree target dates.
* Produce and share Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
* Update TEAMS engineering calendar.
* Provide cover for other team members.
* Provide a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
* Maintain quality of service and client satisfaction.
* Communicate urgent issues impacting business performance to relevant Managers.
Secondary Responsibilities:
* Assist in answering the telephone for whole company.
* Cover holidays for other members of the team.
* Additional tasks as required in line with department/company strategic goals.
The training you will be getting
* Business Administrator Level 3 apprenticeship qualification.
* Whilst the majority of training will take place at the employer's premises there will be occasional attendance required at Cirencester College.
