Warehouse Administrator £25,000 Leeds Available Parking My client are an independent Manufacturer operating in the heart of West Yorkshire who are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join their already well established warm & friendly team Duties Pro-actively nurture, develop and maintain existing customer base to drive and increase sales Effectively respond to new sales enquiries from costing to follow-up Generate quotes and tenders to optimise profitability, measure & size up products Provide technical and professional experience to build customer relations Process new and repeat orders Purchasing of raw materials Process and manage orders for the Ecommerce site Deal with and manage customer complaints Person Specification Previous experience, and proven record in a similar role is essential Industry/manufacturing knowledge is desirable but not essential. Must possess excellent communication skills both oral and written. Must be pro-active in managing new and existing sales accounts. Good at relationship building at all levels of an organisation.
