Operations Manager
Up to £55,000 per annum (DOE)
Predominately Monday to Friday role; however, flexibility will be required at weekends for business needs.

If this is you, we have the perfect position for you as the Operations Manager to join our team working across 10 sites in Midlands and Liverpool for our client, Jaguar Land Rover.

More about the role:
As the Operations Manager you will be responsible for the following areas:
1. Take overall responsibility for ensuring the contract is operating within contractual terms.
2. Review unit and contract performance, identify improvements, and ensure contract compliance to exceed client expectations.
3. Plan and implement the strategy of growth of the business in each through leading the development of long-term account plans.
4. Development of strategic client relationships.
5. Oversee and lead the management of HSE relating to the contract and teams ensuring the statutory requirements are met and all records maintained.
6. Seek ways to enhance quality through innovation and cost efficiency.
7. Communicate strategy to team and ensure that improvements are implemented to maximise performance and customer satisfaction.
8. Support the sales team to develop financially sound bids and proposals through to sign off on contracts.
9. Play a key lead role in the retention of the contract and develop a strategy for growth.
10. Drive and implement strategies to develop, train, maintain, and motivate direct team down to frontline to deliver business requirements.
11. Ensure succession planning and development plans are in place for direct reports by you and by your team for the tiers below.
About you:
1. 3+ years of contract / multi-site management experience in a catering business.
2. Experience of working within brand guidelines to deliver results.
3. Experience in highly commercial and price-sensitive markets.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Demonstrable financial acumen.
6. Excellent management skills & ability to demonstrate change management through a team.
7. Track record of growing sales and retaining business.
8. Driving licence.
