Their Infrastructure team brings its design, build and refurbishment expertise to complex projects across the country and we have an exciting opportunity for a Bid Coordinator to join us at our Head Office. The Bid Coordinator will play a crucial role in the preparation, submission and management of bids and proposals. This will be a hybrid working role. What you'll do: Coordinate the bid process from start to finish, gather information from internal teams and ensure all submissions meet client specifications and deadlines. Work with the Bid Manager to review and analyse request for tenders to determine requirements. Assist in preparing responses, including technical content and compliance documentation. Maintain accurate records of all bid documents and correspondence and track the status of submitted bids. Act as key contact for clients during bid process and communicate bid progress with internal stakeholders. Review bid submissions to ensure they meet quality assurance and compliance requirements. What you'll bring to the role: Experience in organising and managing confidential information in a similar role as a Bid Coordinator Advanced knowledge of Office 365 (Excel, Word, SharePoint etc.) Proficient ability to manage online client portal systems Flexibility – this role may require occasional travel For more Information please reach me on: (url removed)
