I am currently on the lookout for a Service Delivery Manager that is able to lead a 3rd Line Infrastructure team for a Public Sector client we are currently looking to support. Ideally, they require someone who has extensive experience in ITIL and (preferably) ServiceNow.
Responsibilities:
1. Direct a 3rd Line Support team to efficiently respond to incidents and meet the operational demands of the business.
2. Work closely with development and engineering teams to identify and deliver Continuous Service Improvements.
3. Build strong relations with key business and programme stakeholders.
4. Responsible for service performance, KPI metrics, and reporting.
5. Knowledge or experience of large-scale agile or complex application delivery and maintenance practices.
6. Knowledge of Service Management practices, ITIL, or experience of project/delivery management.
7. Knowledge of ServiceNow, Jira, Kibana, Dynatrace, or Grafana preferable.
