Receptionist Permanent, Full time. £26600pa First Choice Recruitment is very pleased to be supporting our Tewkesbury based client with their recruitment for a Receptionist on a permanent full time basis. This is a great role in friendly team. Candidates will need previous experience of working in an office-based reception role and have excellent customer services skills. The role will include: Meeting and greeting visitors Responding to incoming calls, transferring to the correct department Assisting with general administration for other departments Booking meeting rooms, arranging refreshments as required Dealing with incoming and outgoing post Monitoring and ordering stationary Maintaining a clean and tidy environment The following skills will be required: Previous experience of working on reception or office based administration Good computer skills Microsoft Office with the ability to learn new software quickly Smart professional appearance Attention to detail Good communication at all levels A good team player with willingness to be part of a great team Able to use own initiative Able to cover holidays and sickness (if required) Hours 8-4.30pm or 8.30 5-pm with one hour lunch Monday to Friday.
