Day-to-Day of the Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Provide individualised support and care to pupils with a variety of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, and dyslexia.
* Collaborate with a team of dedicated educators to implement tailored educational plans that enhance learning outcomes.
* Engage with children in a way that makes learning fun and accessible, while fostering a nurturing and supportive environment.
* Monitor and report on the progress of pupils, adapting strategies to meet their evolving needs.
* Act as a positive role model, inspiring children to achieve their full potential.
