We have opportunities to work in several Primary Schools in this area. We need people who are focused on young people's emotional, social, and academic development.

Our schools have a range of young people with Autism, SEMH, and other SEN needs. These posts are varied and challenging yet rewarding at the same time. We work with well-established schools that carry excellent reputations in the local community with the ability to support learners with a range of difficulties.
The successful candidates will have some experience as a Teaching Assistant, care worker, health worker, or who has a proven background of supporting young people or adults with additional needs, but also has the passion and desire to enhance their skill set further.
Schools will accept applications from Teaching Assistants from the below backgrounds:
1. Teaching Assistant with a background in specialist schools
2. Teaching Assistant with SEN experience in mainstream schools
3. Youth workers
4. Graduates who have degrees associated with Psychology, Criminology, Sports coaching, Youth and community studies
5. Care Workers
6. Health Workers
