Job Overview
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled, passionate and motivated individual to provide day to day admin support and coordination for Contact Point, a single point of contact service for young people's emotional and mental health.
The successful candidate will need to possess excellent communication skills, efficient time management, sound experience of IT systems and Microsoft software packages, and good planning and organisational skills.
This post is full time, 37.5 hours per week working Monday – Friday.
Main Duties of the Job
The main duties of the role will include:
* Ensure referrals to the service are managed in an efficient manner, organising triage appointments, and liaising with other agencies to set up multi-agency meetings when required.
* Monitoring capacity and demand into the service working alongside clinical leads.
* Supporting the data gathering and analysis for performance reports and audits alongside clinical leads.

Person Specification
Qualifications and Knowledge
* Higher National Certificate/Foundation degree/diploma/NVQ4 in Business Administration/Customer Services or equivalent experience in a wide range of secretarial/administrative/PA role and leading specific projects/information systems.
* Intermediate level of theoretical knowledge.
* Microsoft Office applications.
* Knowledge of community procedures and processes.
* Diploma/NVQ 5 in Business Administration/Customer Services.
* Management/leadership qualification or equivalent.
Experience
* Delivery of appraisals and supervision.
* Experience of working to strict deadlines and working under pressure.
* Ability to communicate effectively with staff, patients, carers and other agencies.
* Experience of using a range of Microsoft software packages.
* Experience of organising and running a service whilst managing staff.
* Experience in leadership/management.
* Proven experience of building effective working relationships.
* Demonstrable experience of IT systems implementation.

Where operationally feasible the Trust supports agile working, there is an expectation of attendance of 1 day per week at a Trust site as a minimum operationally. If required for the post the ability to commute within the Trust's geographical area with access to the appropriate means of transport would be essential.
